Our company is unique among dental website companies in its focus on results. We’re the only website company we know of that actually guarantees traffic for its clients. The other dental website companies focus on the appearance and size of their websites.
In keeping with this emphasis, we decided we wanted to rename our website packages. We have been calling them “three-star,” “four-star,” and “five-star.” But as we thought about it, those names have appearance connotations. So we decided to rename them with names that reflected how they performed.
We have now posted the new names on this website. Our “three-star” package is now called the “Performance” package. “Four-star” is now “High Profile.” “Five-star” has been named “Dominating,” because that’s what it is designed to do – to dominate its local market.

Renamed our website packages based on what they do, not on what they look like.
In an interview, an applicant marveled at how unique our approach to our clients is. Everyone else puts up a website and then figuratively pats the client on the back and says, “There you go, we’ve done our job.” To follow through and call offices to see how many patients they are getting, and whether they are attracting the types of patients they want to see – they had never heard of anything like it.
I just got through doing some research on dental websites in Alabama. We use the Alexa traffic tool, which ranks the most successful websites according to the amount of traffic that Alexa measures for them.
We have a client, Dr. Brad Beasley, in Athens, Alabama. We got him to the #1 spot for “Huntsville Dentist.” He is also #2 for “Alabama Cosmetic Dentist,” and our flagship website, mynewsmile.com, is #1 for that search term.
We’re happy for him over the high rankings. But we’re pleased at the amount of traffic that we’ve been able to generate for him. We promised him when we started that we would get 1000 visits per month. His average for January, February, and March 2010 is over 2600 visits per month. Furthermore, when we compare his Alexa traffic rankings with other high-ranking websites in the state, no other website appears to have even so much as half the traffic that he gets. Websites for dental practices typically get between 200 and 500 visits per month. Top websites get maybe 1000 visits per month.

After hanging at #2 for several months, we finally hit #1 for our Naperville client – Dr. Anthony LaVacca. His website (www.ndscare.com) is #1 on Google for Naperville Dentist.
Clients need to understand that it takes patience and persistence to hit that #1 ranking. We started Dr. LaVacca’s website in April. It didn’t take us long to get him on the first page of Google for Naperville dentist, but we hung at #3 for a number of weeks and then at #2 for several months, and just today hit #1. So it was about a six-month process to get there.

Sometimes those #1 rankings can take a while to obtain. After working for several months, last Tuesday, we finally hit #1 on Google for our Athens, Alabama client, Dr. Brad Beasley, for the search term Huntsville Dentist. Today, after seeming stuck at #2 on Google for Seattle Cosmetic Dentist, we finally broke through for our Seattle client, Dr. Brian McKay and hit #1.
